Have you ever heard of the term, “I need a vacation from my vacation!” That’s how I felt on Monday when we returned from the Disney Social Media Moms Celebration.
It was 6 full days of Disney. Let that set in. 6. Full. Days of Disney.
During the Disney Social Media Moms Celebration, we stayed three days at Walt Disney Coronado Springs Resort, then boarded the Disney Dream Cruise Ship for 3 full nights. While we were at Walt Disney World, we visited Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios.
What is the Disney Social Media Moms Celebration? It’s an amazing invitation-only conference that gives you a behind-the-scenes look at Disney’s new projects and more. I’ve never been to a conference like this before, which is why we’re always excited to attend. In addition to networking with other influencers, our families are welcome and get treated like VIP. Attending this conference is not free, although it is deeply discounted.
It was an amazing work and play situation. When we worked, we were in conference mode learning what’s new at Disney which included seminars with lessons on how to be a better digital influencer, content creator, and businesswomen (and men).
Our sponsors made sure our experience was top notch, which included luggage delivered to our home before the trip to surprise room drops at the resort.
