Hands-free – since the first day we started using Husqvarna, my husband hasn’t cut the grass one time. Initially, someone comes out and wires your yard, so that the automower knows it’s boundaries. Once the boundaries are set, it will always stay within the predefined area.
Control with your phone – Although the automower has settings you can control directly on the machine, we use the Husqvarna Automower App on our phone. We are able to set a timer, start, stop, monitor the progress and more. Our automower starts running at 4 am and ends at 8 pm. It’s so quiet that you don’t hear it cut.
Saves Money – With a traditional lawnmower, my husband always had to have gas for it. The Husqvarna Automower runs automatically on a battery. It stays on the charger when it’s not being used. This keeps more money in our pocket.

We have one area of our yard that we pay extra attention to because of the way the tree is growing, so we don’t want our auto-mower to get stuck. Outside of that, if there is ever an issue, our phone will notify us. Other than that it runs every day on its own.
Rain or Shine – Remember I said that it rains almost every day in Florida? Well, the Husqvarna Automower runs in the rain. It’s actually parked in our backyard so it’s gets rained on frequently. It’s designed to handle wet and rainy weather. If the rain becomes too heavy, it will head back to the charging station on its own.
The neighbors stop and stare.
One of the funniest things to see is when my neighbors are walking by our home and our Husqvarna Automower is mowing. They start walking slowly to get a better view, they take pictures or just actually stop and watch it. If they’re driving, they will slow down and watch it cut our grass. If we’re outside, we get 100 questions about how it works.
We always hear the same phrase, “I didn’t know this even existed! I need this!”

They sell Husqvarnas at Lowe’s but not every model. I would first visit the Husqvarna website and research the models. There are 10 different models. We all have different yards and you’d want the one that works best for your area.
