All You Can Play at Chuck E. Cheese This Summer

Summertime means a few different things for parents.

It means trips out of the state to visit family, it means family vacations, it means relaxation from the day-to-day routine, but most of all it means fun. A lot of fun.

As a mom of three, I need my fun to be BIG but as inexpensive as possible. This August will be two years since we’ve moved to Florida and it’s been great exploring our new city. We’re experiencing places and things we’ve never done before.

This summer my children didn’t go to a summer camp that lasted all summer. Instead, we signed them up for different weekly camps which means, when they aren’t in a hula hoop, computer camp or soccer camp – they are at Camp Knighten (our home).

I am in charge of the fun experience, and believe me they are asking me every day, “What are we doing today?”

What is All You Can Play?

Normally, when you visit Chuck E. Cheese you purchase a Play Pass with a certain amount of money on the card. Each game you play ranges in cost which gives you a certain amount of games. Your child has to pick and choose which games they want to play based on how much they have left on their card. If you run out of money before the fun ends, you can either purchase more on your card or risk real tears from your child.

My children were able to play their favorite games as many times as they wanted. The All You Can Play pass allowed them the chance to play new games without worrying about running out of tokens.

A cool benefit is that if you want to take a break to eat, you can pause your time up to two times. all you can play chuck e. cheese 6Since it looks like we will be here quite a few times this summer, I believe it’s a good idea for me to join the Chuck E. Cheese loyalty program, More Cheese Rewards. The more we visit, the more rewards we can earn to use on food, drinks, games, and prizes.

Here are 3 Quick Reasons I Enjoyed All You Can Play

  • Fewer fights – My kids weren’t fighting over tokens anymore.
  • Less Bargaining – My children were no longer making game deals. Now they all can do what they want.
  • More smiles – My kids smiled like they won the Chuck E. Cheese lottery. All I saw were smiles and laughs as they ran into the play area.

If you’re looking for some summer fun that won’t break the bank, visit Chuck E. Cheese. It was inexpensive big fun for my 5 and 10-year-old. They’re already asking to go back.

Chuck E. Cheese New Menu Created Just for Parents!

Can you really call yourself a parent if you haven’t taken your children to Chuck E. Cheese? (Of course you can, it was a joke!) Chuck E. Cheese New Menu

My children love this place as most children do, but do you know the real reason? Mine would probably say the games! Every time we go, its all about the tokens, games and prizes. Food is usually the last thing on their mind, but as a parent can you say the same thing?

As a parent who takes her children to Chuck E. Cheese for birthday parties, and sometimes Saturday afternoon fun – eating there has never crossed my mind as something to look forward to. I know about their salad buffet and pizza, although I’ve tasted both items and although it was good – it wasn’t memorable.

That all changed last week for me!

I was one lucky girl when my entire family accepted an invitation to taste new menu items. I honestly thought it would be 1 or 2 new things, but I was so wrong. As a business they know that although, it’s a kids play heaven – the parents are the ones who bring them there. Parents were looking for more!

This new menu is designed for parents!!

I loved their new items! I sincerely loved the new Cali Alfredo the best! I could order this every time I go to Chuck E. Cheese now.

What’s actually new?

  • New Pizza: Thin & Crispy option is now available for any pizza!
  • Two New Pizzas: Cali Alfredo (Alfredo sauce, fresh spinach, shredded mozzarella, chicken breast, sliced mushrooms and sausage!) BBQ Chicken (featuring crispy onions and bbq drizzle.)
  • Sandwiches and Wraps: Caesar and Club Wraps (made with whole wheat tortillas) and BBQ Chicken Ciabatta Sandwich
  • Chicken Wings: BBQ & sweet chili boneless and bone-in chicken wings (all wing are baked, not fried)
  • Breadsticks: Soft Parmesan & Buffalo chicken cheesy bread
  • Dessert: Dessert churros served with salted caramel and white chocolate icing & improved Cinnamon Sticks are now stuffed with more cinnamon crunch and topped with white chocolate icing.

I went back for seconds, thirds and shhhhhh but fourths! My children enjoyed the BBQ Pizza, Churros, Cinnamon Sticks but then went back to old faithful, Pepperoni Pizza! They ate so quickly, I had to make sure I got in a quick survey of their favorites before they ran off to play games! Then it hit me again … this menu is for me and my husband anyway!

So we sat at the table, along with our 2 year old and fixed us another plate. My husband enjoyed the BBQ Boneless sweet chili boneless wings, BBQ Pizza and Cali Alfredo!

It makes your experience better when you as a parent can enjoy the same atmosphere that was originally created for your children. I enjoyed their new items so much, I can see myself going to Chuck E. Cheese alone – just for that Cali Alfredo!

The new menu is now at 545 Chuck E. Cheese locations and was created by their Corporate Chef Gregory Casale. There were other wonderful moms and their children tasting the new menu, so follow their story & experiences at the hashtag #CECAtlanta on Instagram & Twitter. Follow Chuck E. Cheese on their social media channels too: FB, Twitter & IG.

This new menu has been around for a little while, have you been able to try it out yet? I’d love to know your favorite new item!
