Father’s Day is June 19th and I still haven’t the slightest idea what to give my husband. Do you give your husband a Father’s Day gift or let your children pick out their own tie and shaving kit?
It’s no secret that Father’s sometimes get the short end of the stick when it comes to being recognized and/or celebrated. I’ve even heard some men say, “Fathers are an after thought!”
I am happy to say, for me and my children it’s simply not true. My husband has been a hands-on father since the very beginning and my partner in every since of the word.
I am also aware that my children love to be with their father a tad bit more than me. I am at peace with it. He’s the cool one!
I’m glad to know that I am not the only one who feels they have an amazing husband & father to their children.
