Can we all agree that in 2016 we want to have our best bodies? I am raising my both of my hands! I’ve even started working with a trainer. One thing that the trainer expresses is that you must eat right. Eat as clean as possible. That is where Shakes or Smoothies come in.
I love to make smoothies at home. I use Mango, Pineapples, Bananas, and Berries. I add protein powder and almond milk. I also add Kale and/or spinach when I have it. I love that you get the added benefits without an after taste.
Jamba Juice can offer the same healthy drink option if you can’t make it yourself. Especially since they are opening 5 new locations in Atlanta, you are bound to pass one.
Jamba Juice, a leading health and wellness brand, today announced plans to open five new stores in the Atlanta area over the next month.
The openings are part of the healthy living brand’s growth acceleration plan for the market.
Among the four franchise partners launching the new stores is former professional football linebacker Julian Peterson and his wife Aimee, who own and operate franchise group, For Pete’s Sake, LLC. They will open two locations this year and have a development deal to open six stores total by 2019.
