November 25, 2014 at 9:49 amMy daughter saw the original Annie already. I would love for her to this version with an actress that looks like her especially since we don’t have many young girls she can look up to in the media right now.

November 25, 2014 at 10:26 amAnnie was one of the last movies my daughter saw with my mom before she passed this summer. The plan was for the three of us to see it together. We will still enjoy it in her in our hearts. Great giveaway Bernetta.

November 25, 2014 at 10:32 amI love spending time with my family and watching movies that have good lessons. I love that Annie has a black little girl as the lead (rare still) and that Jamie Foxx is sure to provide many laughs!. They haven’t seen the 1st Annie so I’ll use it as a compare/contrast moment. Thanks Bernetta for this!

November 25, 2014 at 10:55 amAnnie represents a fiery and happy young orphan girl who must live in a miserable orphanage run by an old mean lady, Miss Hannigan. Yes, I remember her name, lol! I’ve watched every episode with my girls. I would love to have a girls day out. The new version of Annie is going to be awesome. Jamie Foxx is going to make a awesome Will Stacks. Quvenzhane’ Wallis as Annie has so much energy. I watched her on Dancing with the stars Tuesday and she is such a joy. I’m excited about the new African American Annie Version

November 25, 2014 at 11:11 amI would love to take my 2 grandchildren. Not only will it allow us to spend quality time together and have fun, but I can use it as teaching tool. There is always hope. Things don’t always have to remain the same. Also, Annie reminds me of my granddaughter; a real busy body.

November 25, 2014 at 11:44 amHow AWESOME will this be?! I’m excited about this movie coming and am equally excited about taking my family to see it and having an enjoyable experience together. I saw the cast on DWTS last night and the wonderful musical-type performance got me even more hype to see this colorful cast on screen doing their thing! Countdown to the weekend of Dec 19th 🙂

November 25, 2014 at 11:45 amI would love to take my girls to see this movie to introduce them to Annie. They’ve never seen the original so it will be awesome for them to see someone that looks like them in a lead role. How fabulous is it that they don’t know any other version so to see that will be “normal” for them?! Plus, I’ve seen the previews and it just looks like a great story to get into the holiday spirit. Can’t wait to see Jaime Foxx in this different role as well.

November 25, 2014 at 2:09 pmSuch an awesome giveaway… I grew up loving Annie… It’s a timeless classic and It’s indeed a “hard knock” life but Annie expresses sentiments of overcoming adversity! And, to be able to take my family would be a delight so they can witness an extraordinary story line with actors who share the same characteristics as us would be an honor!m

November 25, 2014 at 3:57 pmI would love to see the remake of Annie. To have Jamie Foxx and one talented young actress Quvenzhane Wallis in the remake is awesome. I have seen this movie many times as a young child and loved it. My son wants to become an actor. To have the movie filmed down the street where my son grew up on 129th and Convent is amazing. My amboration for the movie was so strong that my mom made me the Annie dress. I played Annie in the school play as a child. We would like to see the screening!
