Yep! Fly By July is what we are going for. These are two of best friends: Aseelah & Collie! (The ones not pictures are not in this contest.) Aseelah & I are doing a girls trip in July and LOVE TO COMPETE against each other in just about every category! Well, Collie is also going to be at the same place this summer and wanted to get in on our friendly competition. Continue reading to find out what I am doing to win this contest! Now we are all the same age (Collie is a few months older than we are. Aseelah and I are 3 days apart). Aseelah and I have 3 children, Collie has 1. If I am honest, I will admit we already look good!! The thing is we all want to have OUR best bodies ever. Collie and I are 8 pounds from our personal goal, which is very achievable. It’s less about who weighs what and more about how good does your body look! So tone, tone and more toning! I see a lot of squats in my future!
I will tell you my final weight at the end of the competition. I will do a mid-check in around late March/early April. I love competing with my friends, because although we are going against each other we still push each other because in the end we will all be better.
Even before this contest, I already have a semi-clean diet and exercise. I also love me a breakfast smoothie too! Well, I decided to pre-prep for the first time ever. I went to the fruit stand and bought ALOT of Mangoes, Strawberries, Bananas, Kale and more …. I came home and my husband helped cut and bag my fruit. I was able to make 16 bags of fruit! When I grab to blend it, I will add either Pineapple Juice or Almond Milk. I will also eat 2 egg whites for my protein.
As far as exercise, I am sticking to my Fitness Blender workouts with an added 100 squats a day and 50 push ups! I love Fitness Blender because they work every area of your body. Their videos are clean, precise and informative! Here is an example:
