10 Simple Ways to Love

The end of the year is near and people will soon start making new year promises, etc.
I saw this in the archive of my blog and thought it was something that needed to be shared again.
It’s always a great time to self-evaluate and be and better you!

10 ways to love.
To me this is both Smart & Simple to do.
Be nice and be kind because its the right thing to do.
This is something I would print out, frame and put on my desk and even at home for all to see.
I originally posted this in 4/2013 and I mentioned that I could work on Listen without Interrupting. I can honestly say, I have gotten better at this. I still need to work on it within my marriage though. I also said I needed to work on Enjoy without Complaint. I am better in this area as well. I believe in positive thinking and speaking and I really try to think about before I speak now in addition to seeing the goodness in my situations. Remember I said, “try”. You can do this too.
I still need to be better at Praying without Ceasing.
I love Forgive without Punishing because I can see how that could be hard for some but necessary.
My favorite on this list is Promise without Forgetting. I am big on doing what you say you are going to do and when people go back on their word or just brush it off….. it erks me!
But I do respect that if you can’t do it, just call or say so.
What about you? Are there any of these 10 you need to work on? Are there any favorites?

Answer without arguing would be my downfall especially if someone asks me a question with an attitude or they are accusing me of something without getting facts straight.

This is such a beautiful and inspiring post, and it’s nice of you to share it with us. I actually have to0 work on all the 10 ways to love, maybe less on the listening one, because I am a good listener, but all the other ones need serious improvement.
