Happy Wednesday everyone! I have always loved smoothies and making them at home, but more recently I have been intrigued by all the added health benefits you can get by adding different things.
While I was pregnant, I couldn’t have too much sugar (natural or artificial). Since giving birth, I have really been making drinks and even getting the kids involved. Just this morning I made a breakfast smoothie and wondered what are my friends in the blogosphere making?! I took to Pinterest to see what are some basic ingredients we can add and simple steps to take.
So, what’s in your Smoothie?

April 18, 2013 at 1:43 amYour post was right on time! I was just saying the other day that I need to start drinking smoothies in the morning instead of my usual bagel. What is your favorite mixture?

April 18, 2013 at 3:01 amI just started using spinach and kale. But I also use berries (black, blue, ras), orange juice or almond milk, Greek yogurt (sometimes), honey and flax seeds (optional). I am always trying different combos.
