Ever since I heard this I have been buying Pineapple Juice. I don’t make the ice cubes because I actually like the taste alone. What I have been doing lately is replacing the orange juice I use for smoothies with Pineapple Juice. That way I get my 8oz a day. If I don’t make a smoothie, I will usually drink my 8oz with dinner.
Is it working? I hope so!! (Just being honest!) I work out and eat good so my stomach is coming down – remember I just had a baby! Like I said before, if it’s good for you – I will try to fit it in to my routine.
