Happy Wednesday everyone! I have always loved smoothies and making them at home, but more recently I have been intrigued by all the added health benefits you can get by adding different things.
While I was pregnant, I couldn’t have too much sugar (natural or artificial). Since giving birth, I have really been making drinks and even getting the kids involved.
